With our platform, you have options. While your site is hosted with us, we handle all the technical details—hosting, updates, POS sync, delivery tools, and support—so you can focus on your farm.

If you ever decide to leave, you don’t have to lose your website or content. Our buyout option lets you take full ownership of your site, so you can host it elsewhere or continue using it independently. Third-party plugin licenses (POS, delivery, etc.) would then be managed directly by you, but the site and all your content remain yours.

Unlike other platforms, your site is never “locked in” to us—you have control, flexibility, and a path to ownership.

The buyout option allows you to take full ownership of your website. After a buyout, the site can be hosted anywhere, and you can continue running your farm’s online business independently. Buyout fees vary based on how long you’ve been with us:

1 year or less: $3,000

2 years: $2,000

3 years: $1,000

4 years+: Free, you've earned it

You do. While your site is hosted on our platform, we manage the hosting and services for you. If you choose the buyout option, full ownership of your site—including content and structure—is transferred to you. You will only need to sign a buyout of site acknowledgement and the site is legally yours to transfer whenever you need to.

Once you grow to the point where your business is established, maybe you have a savy technical staff member that works for you. At that point, you might find a greater value in administering the site yourself and lower your expenses even more.

If you cancel your subscription without a buyout, your site and its services (POS, delivery tools, hosting, etc.) will no longer be active. However, if you complete the buyout process before leaving, you retain full control of the site.

Yes. Certain tools, like the POS plugin and delivery/pickup tools, require annual licenses from third-party vendors. While these were included while you were on our platform, after buyout, you’ll manage these subscriptions directly. The site itself and all your content remain yours.

Yes, as long as you are still subscribed to our platform and you are enrolled in a Wordpress care plan. Support, hosting and updates are included only while your site is hosted on our platform.

Absolutely. After buyout, your website files and content are fully yours to move to another host. You’ll need to arrange hosting and maintain plugin licenses independently, as well as provide your own support, but you retain complete control.

Hosting and plugin licenses are ongoing expenses. While you’re with us, we include these as part of your subscription. After buyout, these costs become your responsibility, just as they would with any independently managed WordPress site.

Because, we are still paying for your hosting, providing support, security, maintenance, and access to premium plugins.

While your site is hosted with us, we manage critical system settings, server access, and plugin integrations to ensure everything runs smoothly. Granting super admin access during this time could risk the stability, security, and integrity of your site or other customers on the platform.

Think of it like farm equipment: while it’s on loan and we maintain it, we control the main settings so it continues to operate safely for everyone..

You receive full super admin access during the buyout and migration process away from our platform. At that point, we transfer all site files and database access to you, so you can host the site anywhere and manage it independently.

No. Everything on your site—products, content, orders, settings—remains intact. The transfer process simply hands you full administrative control so you can continue managing your site on your own host.

Yes! You can update content, add products, manage orders, and configure settings within your allowed admin permissions. The restriction is only on core system settings, server-level configurations, and plugin code that could affect stability.

By controlling critical system settings while you’re on our platform, we can ensure:
